REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

 

Please note that Refund will be only applicable for those products which you receive in "Damage, Defective or Broken" condition. The company will then look into the matter and will initiate a process of resolution . In case of returning any item, buyers are requested to send a picture along with the receipt of the item to be returned by sending email at support@vastraa.in

You will be refunded with full amount if the product received is wrong, damaged or defective.
